Your files

Photos and PDFs you open in KiloFix are processed entirely inside your own browser on your own device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see them.

What we do collect

Payments. If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe gives us your email address and confirmation that you paid, so we can unlock and restore Pro. We do not receive your card details. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

Visit statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in understanding how many people use the service.

On your device

We store a small note in your browser that says whether Pro is unlocked and whether you dismissed the install message. It is not used for tracking. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold (in practice, your purchase email). Contact cloudfix48@rapiditi.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention

Purchase records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.
